Irene Ockrah-Anyim, Liaison Officer for Ambassadors Club, Director of Growth and Research for Syecomp Ghana, Fairness and Peace Advocate for Africa, President of Lions Group of the President Obama’s Young African Leaders Initiative(YALI) Cohort V, lecturer by training, consultant/trainer, motivational speaker, Entrepreneur and volunteers for a lot of Youth Empowerment Advocates like Eagle Eye Motivation.
In her over 10 years volunteering and professional experience, Irene has worked with Brass Ring Media, Focus FM (KNUST), National Sports Authority, Narh Bita Hospital/College, Millicom Ghana, GRASAG-UPSA, Saham Insurance, Eagle Eye Motivation, Informed Choice Project, Reneville Youth Development Centre, YALI West Africa, TKC AFRICA, Syecomp Ghana, Ambassadors club amongst others.
Irene Ockrah-Anyim holds a Master of Philosophy in Leadership (honours) from University of Professional Studies, Accra (2016), and a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi (2013) and is currently pursuing a certificate programme in Public Policy and Management at GIMPA under the YALI programme.
As a director of growth and research, she ensures the advocacy and use of technology in agriculture reaches the rural communities.
Irene is a single mother since her national service days and use her experience to empower the youth especially females of problems not being obstacles but rather a stepping stone to success.
She’s the Liaison officer of the Ambassadors Club, an organization which seeks to promote the integration of French Language in Ghanaian schools.
